أصدر الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي قراراً بمنح السيدة جيهان السادات وسام الكمال، مع إطلاق اسمها على محور الفردوس.

ونعت رئاسة الجمهورية ببالغ الحزن والأسى السيدة جيهان السادات، قرينة الرئيس الراحل محمد أنور السادات، بطل الحرب والسلام، والتي قدمت نموذجاً للمرأة المصرية في مساندة زوجها في ظل أصعب الظروف وأدقها، حتى قاد البلاد لتحقيق النصرالتاريخي في حرب أكتوبر المجيدة.
